Parking & Accessibility

Parking is available in the Green P parking lots located at Liberty Street and Jefferson Ave as well as Liberty St and Atlantic Ave.

The studio does not have elevators. We are on the second floor by staircase.

Damage Deposit

The damage deposit for Studio 207 is $200, which must be paid prior to your arrival. An automated email will be sent 2 days prior to your rental start with a link to pay your deposit online. This deposit will be refunded within 2 days of your checkout, provided you have no outstanding balance.

Cancellations

You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the start of your scheduled rental with no penalty. You may also cancel your rental up to 5 days before your scheduled rental date. Requested Refunds will not include transaction fees incurred (2.9% + $.30 of your total + $1.50 for an EMT) .

We prefer advanced notice however, as we regularly have other customers looking to book in the same slot. As such, if we have had to explicitly turn another customer away from booking on the rental dates you cancelled, we may keep your full payment to help recuperate lost business. Providing advanced notice as soon as possible helps reduce the risk we lose business.
